Welcome to iahpuk
The Ivorian Association For health Promotion UK is a project inspired by a group of Ivorian professional in healthcare setting in the United Kingdom. The aim is to promote the health and social wellbeing of all Ivorian nationals and others living in UK.
We welcome on board all health professionals in various fields namely Nursing, Doctors, consultant, social workers, psychologist and others to work closely with the Ivorian population living in UK, to provide them with relevant information, education and for the promotion of the health and social wellbeing of individuals.
What We Do
— We care
We identify health needs in Ivorian community and assist as needed by engaging in activities to promote health and social care.
— We Educate
We organise educational meetings, training and courses for individuals and members to keep everyone informed of current trends in health education and research.
— We Help
We provide basic needs to the Ivorian community in the UK and we provide deprived schools in Ivory Coast of basic science and study materials, by raising funds and solicit for donations.
— We Build Networks
We provide a forum for IAHP.UK to meet, exchange ideas, views and support each other and promote communication between the Association, other relevant bodies in the UK and the health professional body in Ivory coast.
— We Consult
We are opened to provide health information to communities in the UK and Africa, especially in Ivory Coast.
— We Strengthen
We bring the Ivorian community together and build strong relationships in order to be there for each other in time of tries and tribulations.
